Atlas: Western Anthology

Kolman & Reeb Gallery is pleased to present its first Project Space Grant Exhibition in 2026, Atlas: Western Anthology, showcasing artworks by Minnesota artist, Liz Miller.
“I hope that viewers see beauty and wonder in familiar objects presented in an unfamiliar way,” says Liz Miller. “By spending time anchoring found objects against the slow process of weaving, and by adorning them with bright colors and intensive repetition, I’m hoping to transform these mundane objects in a way that encourages viewers to re-evaluate their relationship to them. The objects we live with, no matter how ordinary, harbor significant individual memories while also speaking to a larger collective narrative about the time in which we live.”
